Lamb kebab, hummus, and tabbouleh are on the menu at Ancient Rivers, a new Middle Eastern concept by Busboys and Poets’ Andy Shallal.
Try the mashed eggplant with brilliant pomegranate seeds in the center of the spread. There are peppery cabbage rolls stuffed with your choice of rice and tomatoes or beef. The shrimp kebab and lentil soup are both dishes that should not be passed over nor the tabbouleh with quinoa and mint.
